Why should I provide a Wellness Event?

Wellness Events can reduce fatigue, sickness, and absenteeism by creating informed, healthy employees. They're also a great way to show employee appreciation.

How can you provide this service for free?

PHS works with licensed professionals and healthy living experts in your area, who are willing to provide the education, testing, and screening services for the opportunity to be introduced to people nearby.

When is the best time for a health fair?

Any time that is convenient for the majority of your employees, for maximum attendance. Your fair can be arranged for whatever time of year suits you!

Will the exhibiters accept our insurance?

Yes. PHS only invites exhibitors who accept the health insurance your company provides.

How long is a typical health fair?

Normally a health fair lasts from one and a half to three hours, over an extended lunch (and we'll provide the lunch as well!). The average fair is two hours.

Where will my health fair take place?

Health fairs take place in your office, usually in a conference room, training room, or the cafeteria. Any room with a table and chairs will work!

Are there any hidden costs?

No. There is no cost to hold a health fair at your office.
